Who wants some art history:

HUM 1904: Introduction to Art and Architecture

UNB Saint John, Spring/Summer Intersession, May 1-June 19, 2013, Monday & Wednesday evenings, 7-9:30 p.m. 

This course is a broad introduction to Western art from the Renaissance to the 20th century. Students will learn processes of visual analysis, become familiar with key figures and artistic movements, periods and styles, and explore how painting, sculpture and architecture relate to each other and to the wider historical context. 

This introductory course is open to all students; no prerequisites are required. It is designed to provide students with a fundamental understanding of art history and an opportunity to develop a critical approach to the visual.

No prerequisite is required for this class; non-students are eligible to audit this class.
