I was lost in Michael's

I got lost in the ribbon aisle at Michael's. Well, not lost insomuch as traumatized and unable to form coherent thought or kick-start any resemblance of a decision-making process in my brain. I was looking for 'nice ribbon' for my studio gift-wrapping supplies - a simple task, I thought. But Michael's has, no joke, ONE BAZILLION varieties of Christmas ribbon. Bugger. I actually called my mother four times from that brain-draining, velvet-infested, a.d.d.-colour-festooned aisle, begging 'Just tell me what to DOOOO!' Thirty minutes later, I bought fifteen yards worth of gold ribbony stuff. And I am never going back to Michael's again.

PS. The studio now has gift wrapping service. Complete with gold ribbon. It was a struggle.
