Back to Work; Art Doesn't Stink

Harbor Town, South Carolina; I was the only one there! At freezing it was too cold for the locals.I was in South Carolina last week for a work conference on entrepreneurship. That meant a bit of a break from the studio, which was probably a good thing, given my all-art-is-stupid attitude before I left. BUT - good news - South Carolina fixed me. Back to business and painting this week. Super-secret project is roaring along. I like my oil sticks. Paint isn't so bad either. And I re-love my palette knives. 

So my aim is to be back to regular open hours by February 25 for the first gallery hop of the year.

In the meantime, here is a sneak peek of the super-secret project and the studio in heavy production-mode:
